Childhood - Haltija (Video)

This is actually a couple of weeks old now. It comes from the pretty awesome Childhood, who have a very listenable trio of tracks over on their youtube.

Castratii - Eora (LP Stream)

Stunning new album from Sydney based Castratii. This has swooned it's way in amongst my favourite LPs of the year with only a very few spins. Listen. And yes that is the voice of Liela Moss, more known for her role in The Duke Spirit.

Ryan Hemsworth - Last Words (EP Stream)

Full stream of the stunning new EP from Ryan Hemsworth, being put out through the amazingly talented We Did It Together Collective (which includes Shlohmo & Ground Is Lava to name just a couple). This really is a must listen.

Tracks #111 - Astronauts, etc. & Youthfall & G08

Untitled

Another trio of tracks. Once again sorry for the break in regular posting I'm off in Panama till around Wednesday.

The first track comes from Berkeley soloist Astronauts, etc.

The second comes from Youthfall, based out of the UK.

And the final from G08, a fellow Brit based out of London.

FIDLAR - The Punks Are Finally Taking Acid (Video)

New video from easily one of the best surf rock groups of the past decade FIDLAR.

In Love Not Limbos #3 - Anomaly & Sobrenadar & Fortune Howl

The third in what we can only hope will be a never ending series of posts from the amazing In Love Not Limbos.

I posted this Anomaly track a little while ago and have since noticed how undeservedly little press it's actually got on the internet. So this is me attempting to further spread the word about the only song I've ever bought on iTunes.

This is dreamy as hell, that's all I have to say.

Orlando-based producer Fortune Howl put together this remix of a song called Cuckoo which appears in Wes Anderson's Moonrise Kingdom, it's equally as pretty and surreal as the film it's inspired by.

Tracks #110 - Little Spoon & Regal Safari & Catamaran

Untitled

So it's been a good while since I last managed to get something up on here. I've spent the last few months backpacking around the States, and only wrapped that up a couple of days ago by returning back here to my native Oxford for the first time in a year or so. So sorry to any regular readers for the silence from my part over the last couple of months, but I hope these tracks might make it up to you. A little bit more bad news is that I'm heading off to Panama for a couple of weeks in a few days, so the posts make take a small hit during that time as well... Once again sorry...

The first comes from Boston's Little Spoon, and is the first half of a double A side 7" they released back in late April.

The second comes from Brighton's Regal Safari.

And the final track is from MJ MJ Records' Caramaran.
