One Hello World works on an incredibly simple idea, you leave a voicemail this is then transformed and given a backing track, before being published up onto soundcloud, or in their own words "Leave me a voicemail and I'll write music behind your narrative. Call it a soundtrack to your thoughts". The end result is often haunting, or in some cases bizarre. It is in many ways a audio equivalent of postsecrets, but far more personal, and in many cases you can’t help but feeling to these tracks you are in some way intruding into someone’s personal lives.
The results are not always as good as you might hope, and it can often seem almost self indulgent but as a whole this is such an amazing and addictive project.
